Application Solution Architect

We’re seeking an experienced Application Solution Architect to play a key role in a large-scale enterprise platform transformation within a complex, federated organisation.

This is a senior, hands-on architecture role where you’ll lead end-to-end solution design across Salesforce Education Cloud and Tier 2 enterprise applications, working closely with delivery teams, architects and senior stakeholders to shape pragmatic, future-ready solutions.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead application solution architecture across major enterprise programs, including Salesforce Education Cloud and identity-led initiatives
• Own end-to-end solution design from concept through to detailed designs, patterns and standards
• Act as Lead Architect on strategic programs such as digital preservation and enterprise application modernisation
• Collaborate across architecture domains (cloud, integration, data, security, infrastructure) to ensure cohesive solutions
• Review and provide architectural governance and assurance across projects and initiatives
• Engage confidently with senior business and technology stakeholders to align solutions to strategy

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in application solution architecture across enterprise environments
• Strong Salesforce architecture capability (core Salesforce skills essential)
• Proven experience producing conceptual, solution and detailed designs
• Solid understanding of data architecture, security, and compliance
• Comfortable operating from high-level logical architecture through to low-level detail
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience with digital preservation or complex information management environments (highly regarded)
