Overview
We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven B2B Marketing Director to lead demand generation, lead nurturing, and sales enablement across a key business segment. You’ll design and deliver full-funnel marketing strategies that attract, engage, and convert enterprise clients across the energy, industrial, and commodities space.
You’ll thrive here if you love complex B2B environments – where long sales cycles, strategic targeting, and measurable growth are the game. Working hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, and Digital teams, you’ll turn marketing into a direct growth driver.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the B2B marketing strategy and annual growth plan, tied directly to pipeline and revenue goals.
- Build multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, social, events, ABM) that drive qualified leads and conversions.
- Partner with Sales to deliver account-based marketing programs that target and win high-value clients.
- Lead the promotion of industry events, webinars, and conferences that build brand authority and engagement.
- Oversee lead nurture and automation workflows, optimising every stage of the funnel.
- Analyse campaign data to uncover insights, prove ROI, and continuously optimise.
- Be the go-to marketing lead for your business area, working closely with cross-functional teams
What You’ll Bring:
- 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a proven record in demand generation and conversion.
- Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and how to align marketing with commercial growth.
- Exposure to energy, industrial, or commodities sectors (Middle East or Africa experience is a plus).
- Skilled in marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Eloqua.
- Expertise across digital, content, and ABM campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Strong communicator and storyteller – able to simplify complex ideas for senior audiences.
- Analytical, agile, and collaborative – someone who leads by influence and thrives on innovation.
