Bilingual Product Designer

Our client is looking for a Bilingual Product Designer (EN/FR) to join our team and help shape intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and/or mobile platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design seamless user experiences that meet both business and user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user experiences across digital products, from discovery to delivery
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
• Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and feedback synthesis
• Design with accessibility, scalability, and responsiveness in mind
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI standards

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma (or equivalent design tools)
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments
• Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both languages
• Experience working on enterprise, SaaS, or digital platforms
• Familiarity with design systems at scale
• Experience conducting user research or working closely with UX researchers
• Front-end awareness (HTML/CSS basics)
