Job Title: Business Development Manager – DACH & Emerging Markets
Location: Berlin

The Role:
* Drive new business acquisition across the DACH region and selected international markets.
* Focus on high-volume prospecting to build a strong pipeline of opportunities with contractors and manufacturing companies.
* Open doors and generate meetings using creativity, persistence, and multi-channel outreach (phone, email, events, and in-person).
* Learn directly from leadership and progressively take ownership of deals, with a clear path to closing your own accounts.
* Represent the company at events and with key prospects, shaping the perception of the business in new markets.
* Collaborate closely with the founder and leadership team to refine strategies and maximise growth impact.
The Requirements:
* Fluent in German and English; additional languages (Spanish, Eastern European languages) advantageous.
* Hunter mentality with a proactive, energetic, and outgoing personality.
* Experience opening doors or prospecting into new markets; construction or technology background helpful but not essential.
* Strong communication skills, both in person and virtually.
* Comfortable working independently in the field as well as part of a close-knit team.
* Ambition to grow into a full Account Executive role within 12 months.
The Process:
* 1st: Video call with the founder to discuss motivation, energy, and approach to business development.
* 2nd: Practical assessment of prospecting and pipeline-building skills, followed by a second conversation with leadership.
* 3rd: 30/60/90 + a role play
