Our client is a premier influencer marketing agency based in Dubai, specializing in crafting innovative and results-driven campaigns for brands across the region. Known for their creativity and deep understanding of the Middle Eastern market, they manage high-profile collaborations between global brands and top-tier influencers. Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager to join their talented team and help drive strategic influencer campaigns for leading brands.

Role Overview:

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, working closely with clients, influencers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results. You will lead the development and execution of strategic influencer campaigns, from ideation to post-campaign analysis. A strong understanding of the regional social media landscape, trends, and consumer behavior is essential. Fluent Arabic is a must, as you will work closely with Arabic-speaking clients, influencers, and regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of influencer marketing campaigns for key clients across various industries.
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to identify the right influencers for campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and brand partners.
  • Manage influencer contracts, negotiations, and deliverables to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and social media, to ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new influencer trends and opportunities within the region.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance, including insights and optimization strategies.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with clients’ brand values and goals while achieving maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and innovations in the influencer marketing space.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital media, with a strong focus on campaign management.
  • Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is a must.
  • Deep understanding of the Middle Eastern social media landscape, influencers, and trends.
  • Experience working with regional influencers and managing relationships with talent agencies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for influencer marketing and content creation.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics software.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering results.
