We are seeking a highly driven and relationship-focused Client Engagement Manager to join a leading technology solutions provider in Riyadh. This role is focused on building, managing, and growing strategic enterprise client relationships while driving account expansion and long-term value delivery.
This is a key client-facing role requiring a strong blend of account management, consultative selling, and stakeholder engagement across large-scale enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling of technology solutions and services
- Work closely with internal sales, presales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements
- Understand client business objectives and align solutions to their digital transformation and technology needs
- Manage end-to-end client engagement including account planning, pipeline development, and opportunity tracking
- Conduct regular client reviews, business updates, and strategic planning sessions
- Support proposal development, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients across business and IT stakeholders
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Core Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or enterprise technology sales
- Strong background in IT services, systems integration, or enterprise technology solutions
- Proven experience managing enterprise or government accounts in the GCC region (Saudi Arabia experience preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage at both technical and executive levels
- Experience working closely with delivery and presales teams
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify revenue opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
