I am representing an innovative, digitally-driven Challenger consultancy who are building out its strategy team. You will be part of a disruptive experienced sector team, driving meaningful change to top-tier clients across various sectors.
Experience in business strategy and organisational or operating model design is desired, with a preference for individuals with a consultancy background.
Role Expectations:
- Working closely with board and stakeholder members, supporting clients develop new innovative strategies.
- Design and implementation/transformation of Target operating models whilst building new client relationships
- Getting involved in the internal running of the enterprise strategy team.
Must have
- A year’s experience within consultancy, or at a matrixed organisation.
- Understanding business transformation, with a preference for someone with operating model and organisational design experience.
- Exposure strategy and transformation projects in any sector.
