Exciting opportunity to join a recently established, growing M&A advisory practice, supporting PE firms around technology/digital.

I am currently supporting a leading global consultancy as they grow out their independent M&A advisory practice. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with a background/expertise in technology.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile mergers and acquisitions, supporting helping clients navigate complex deals and achieve their strategic goals.

Successful candidates will be have experience in M&A and a keen interest in developing their skill set in the space.

I am looking for top performing individuals with the following background:

• Background working in M&A advisory projects.
• Hands-on experience with technology, and an expertise or understanding of due diligence.
• Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
