I am working closely with a number of C-Level stakeholders within a very large and complex logistics company to help them grown and evolve their design, product and technology teams. This is a group of exceptionally talented individuals all working towards a challenging common goal. A multi-year transformation programme.

After recently coming under new private equity ownership, my client is embarking on a multi-year service transformation programme to reinvent the experience for its customers, people and partners. This programme is in the early phase of mobilisation, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to play a key leadership role in its delivery. After 5 years of tech modernisation (and a lot of the hard work out of the way), with migration onto AWS, consolidation of core finance system, new technology architecture and middleware, and build of new cloud-based, microservices platform, we’re in a strong position now to focus on delivering real change into the business. As an agile experience transformation, we’ll be looking to deliver new experiences into the business continually, with the first launch scheduled for early Q3.
