Creative Lead

My client are Global Sports Manufacturer looking for a Creative Lead, this is an exciting opportunity to join a brand who are dominating the sports goods market and be responsible for formulating and driving their brand identity

You will be responsible for developing the creative direction for the visual brand identity, this will be across, web, print and TV platforms; you will also have a creative input into all marketing and advertising assets and be hands on with a variety of products. The creative lead will collaborate with stake holders to formulate the creative strategy and drive brand awareness.

To be considered for this role you with have experience within digital design, specifically web and mobile design. You will also have a good understanding of UX/UI practices and have experience working within brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing other team members.

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with the Global Creative Team to continue to grow and develop the visual brand identity of the company and drive execution in the UK market
• Generate design for a range of projects across digital and print including (and not limited to) 360 campaign assets, emails, homepages, social assets, window visuals and PR projects.
• Maintain the creative tone, process, style, and methodology of the brand
• Review design, photography, video, and any other creative assets on a regular basis
• Work closely with our outside advertising agency on large campaigns
• Attend and help art direct photo and video shoots
• Ensure that each member of the creative team feels like an integral part of the team and empower them to create their best work
