This is an awesome opportunity to join one of the most exciting and fastest growing consumer brands in the UK and beyond. They have huge budgets to spend on exciting and fun advertising campaigns across all channels, including TV, Social and OOH.

This role will involve setting the global creative vision and bringing the brand to life across all touch points, as well as managing and inspiring a large team of creatives/designers. Ultimately, your work will be seen by millions around the world 🌍👀

About the role:

• Responsible for being a global brand guardian, ensuring that all creative output meets exceptional standards and is inline with brand identity
• Be the creative catalyst – inspiring the team and getting hands-on with conceptual work
• Lead and inspire the studio team of 15+ individuals, providing mentorship and development
• Be an art director whenever required, ensuring the team deliver outstanding work
• Grow the team and lead the recruitment drive, supporting the Studio Manager

About you:

• Creative background with the ability to present ideas with clarity and clear creative direction
• Strong integrated background and experience of working both agency and client-side would be ideal
• Great understanding of design, photography, animation, video/film, print and digital
• Experience in art direction for both photography and video production
• An understanding of UX/UI, agile workflows and web development
• Extensive team management and development
