We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Studio Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our creative studio.

Job Description: As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our creative studio, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the central point of coordination between our creative team, clients, and other departments, fostering a productive and positive working environment. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our studio’s workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the scheduling, planning, and execution of multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to optimize productivity and project delivery.
  • Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration among creative team members, including designers, copywriters, and strategists.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure all work meets the agency’s high standards.
  • Workflow Optimization: Identify and address any bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the studio’s processes, continually seeking ways to improve.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Studio Maintenance: Ensure the studio environment is well-organized, stocked, and conducive to creativity and productivity.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and services.
  • Team Development: Support the professional growth of studio staff through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Studio Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in a creative agency or related environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
  • Understanding of the creative process and the requirements of various creative roles.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Creative Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience working with high-profile clients and managing large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the creative industry.
