What You’ll Be Doing: As a Middleweight UI Designer, you’ll be instrumental in designing captivating web journeys and software applications, ensuring seamless customer experiences across desktop and mobile platforms. Collaboration will be key, as you work daily with a diverse group of stakeholders, including UX designers, product owners, researchers, digital experience managers, and developers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing pixel-perfect designs to meet customer needs and fulfill business objectives.
• Problem-solving and translating customer insights into well-designed digital experiences.
• Producing high-fidelity UI to effectively communicate design ideas and establish visual language, design standards, patterns, and principles centered around customer value, best practices, engagement, consistency, and re-use.
• Assisting colleagues in iteratively producing visual designs, closely collaborating with UX designers to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Participating in ideation, brainstorming, and critic workshops for strategic programs and work streams.

Skills You’ll Need

We’re on the lookout for a passionate visual designer with experience in designing customer-facing digital applications and products. Thriving in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you’ll bring excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additionally, you should have:

• Experience supporting User-Centered Design (UCD) processes and creating materials for effective user testing and concept communication.
• The ability to work with a disciplined UCD approach and present work with a clear rationale.
• Understanding of user research and the positive impact of these insights on design solutions.
• Experience creating solutions that balance customer needs with business requirements.
• Proficiency in Figma, including consuming and contributing to design systems, prototyping, and end-to-end visual design.
