Position: Freelance Senior UI Designer
Starting Date: Right about now (ASAP)

Day Rate: £600 a day (because your talent is worth every penny)
IR35 Status: Inside IR35 (the taxman insists)

Location: Beautiful Bristol (it’s where the magic happens)
Working Type: Hybrid groove – Bristol office every fortnight, with the possibility of spontaneous Bristol office moments (teleportation is still in beta)

Responsibilities:

• Embrace our XD Methodology like a cozy blanket, weaving user experience and interaction practices into your designs.
• Collaboration is your forte. You’ll be the bridge between analytics, engineering, and other mystical creatures from different realms.
• Analysis, architecture, design – you’ll own these realms. Usability testing? You’re the commander.
• Personas and journeys? You’re the storyteller, creating paths that users will want to explore.
• Collaboration? You’re a maestro. Design Thinking sessions? You’ll lead them like a true captain.
• Guiding product teams on the path of Design Led Development? You’ll be their guiding star.

Your skills:

• Financial services? You’re no stranger, with a deep understanding of its nuances.
• Figma is your playground, and you’re the reigning champ.
• User-centric design is your middle name. Data-driven solutions? You’re the architect.
• Design software? You speak the language of Figma, and you’re no stranger to other tools like UXPin or Balsamiq.
• Design Thinking sessions? You’ve got them under your belt. Agile principles? You’re fluent.
• Coordinating between Bristol and remote work is your specialty. Responsive Design? You’re the expert.
