Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Overview

An experienced CTO is required to lead the evolution of a scalable SaaS platform, driving technology strategy, architecture, and engineering delivery in a growth-focused environment.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership, product thinking, and strategic business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap
• Lead and develop engineering teams (internal & external)
• Drive SaaS platform scaling, performance, and security
• Establish best practices across development, DevOps, and delivery
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, tooling, and integrations
• Partner with leadership on product direction and growth strategy
• Ensure compliance, governance, and security standards

Key Skills

Technical

• SaaS platform architecture & scaling
• Cloud platforms & DevOps practices
• API design and system integrations
• Microservices / modern architecture patterns

Leadership & Strategy

• Proven CTO / senior technology leadership experience
• Ability to translate business vision into technical execution
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Strong decision-making and strategic thinking

Experience

• 8-12+ years in senior technical roles
• Experience delivering and scaling SaaS products
• Exposure to compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO, SOC)

Nice to Have

• ERP or complex enterprise systems exposure
• Experience in scale-up or high-growth environments
• Background in integration-heavy platforms
