What will you be doing:
- Managing all communication with external & internal stakeholders
- Scheduling and coordinating shipments
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Daily reporting via Excel
- Ad–hoc administrative duties
About you:
- Strong admin or coordinator or customer service background
- Exceptional organisation skills with an ability to multi–task
- Outstanding communicator both verbal and written
- You could come from any industry, this is around YOU and your excellent coordination skills – amazing opportunity to prove yourself
- Resilience and a positive attitude is a must
- Must have strong prioritisation skills and is solutions oriented
