Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager to lead the end-to-end operations for OEM parts in the commercial vehicle industry. Based in Auckland, this is a pivotal role overseeing procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehouse performance – with a strong focus on team leadership and continuous improvement.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing the full supply chain lifecycle, ensuring efficient and compliant warehouse operations, and leading a high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in automotive or commercial vehicle logistics, who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys driving results.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee procurement, inventory control, and logistics for OEM parts
Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
Lead and develop a skilled warehouse and logistics team
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

Proven experience in supply chain and warehouse management
Strong knowledge of OEM parts and commercial vehicle logistics
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong analytical skills and user of Excel
Proficiency in ERP and warehouse management systems
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
