Our client, a global luxury automotive group shaping the future of mobility, is seeking a Data Engineer (Contract) to strengthen their Malaysia technology hub. You will play a key role in building and optimizing data solutions that power next-generation digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines.

Build data models and transformations in Azure Databricks.

Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data availability, accuracy, and performance.

Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.

5+ years’ experience in data engineering or analytics roles.

Strong hands-on skills with Power BI and Azure Databricks.

Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.

Familiarity with Azure cloud ecosystem and data engineering practices.
