This is a newly formed position to join and help shape the direction of this well-known agencies analytics team, currently at a headcount of 18 and growing.

Reporting to the Analytics Director the Analytics Manager will help build out the customer insights & digital analytics capabilities, be a team lead to 3 analysts, deliver actionable insights to clients and internal teams

Requirements

· SQL, SAS, (R or Python desirable)

· Knowledgeable in digital analytics is desirable e.g. GA, Adobe etc

· Management experience desirable

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Competent in developing solutions for customer insights, segmentation and modelling
