DATA ANALYST (MARKETING) | £30,000 – £40,000 | CENTRAL LONDON | PERMANENT
My client is a dominating online Tech platform who were named one of “Europe’s 100 hottest start-ups” in 2012. Specializing in connecting tech freelancers with start-ups and SMEs’, they have experienced huge growth over the past few years and are now seeking a Data Analyst to join their team playing an active role in performing ad-hoc data requests as well as presenting to senior management. They are also expanding to working on technical machine learning projects and are seeking someone with the enthusiasm to play an active role in the development of these ventures.
These guys operate in very much a start up environment with collaboration from the interns to the CEO’s. You will be working closely with the Senior business intelligence analyst to grow and develop the data science team.
REQUIREMENTS/ YOU MUST HAVE:
- A no-nonsense, hands on approaches. This is a role that requires you to hit the ground running, so you mustn’t be afraid to jump straight into the work
- Excellent excel skills
- Preferably experience with SQL, python, periscope or Google analytics (self-taught is fine too)
- Have a good analytics skillset as well as be able to present senior members of the team
- Commercial awareness and a good eye for numbers
- Preferably have a STEM degree from University
