Join this much loved and revered Army Charity in their first Data Insight Business Partner role.
This is an integral role to the organization, being hired to support, facilitate and enable the internal Data & Analytics teams.
You will act as the conduit and connector between the data teams and internal stakeholders within the Memberships and Fundraising teams, helping to refine and shape briefs for a variety of stakeholders who have challenging questions and problems.
You will join an established insights and data team, which houses skills across analytics, research, campaign delivery and data management, working to ensure their briefs are well refined and fit for purpose, really getting under the skin of your stakeholder’s needs.
At the moment the Analytics team is only serving a small part of the organization, so the charity is now looking to make data and insights a central and integral part of the business, eventually working across all business units. So it’s a great time to be joining the company as they look to grow out this area.
As well as being highly consultative you will also need to have a technical mindset in order to contribute to improving CRM functionality, enhancing data quality, data management and capture and ultimately insights driven analytics. You will champion the use of data across the business, ensuring security, process and procedures are optimized.
You will need to be resilient, open to change and wiling to adapt, working with people to help change the way the organization invests into data and works moving forward.
Experience and Skills
· Educated to degree level in a relevant subject
· Experience of gathering and refining business requirements, translating them into data specifications, documents and briefs and implementing solutions
· Confident in working with and managing senior level stakeholders at Director and Head of level
· Solid understanding of analytics and it’s application, ability to shape data solutions and briefs for end users through exploratory conversation
· Good understanding of CRM and data protection principles, inc working knowledge of the Data Protection Act.
· Experience of contributing data insights to supporter/member journeys, integrated communication plans and supporter/member strategies to improve the LTV lifetime value of supporter/member
· Supporting the adoption of new software and data platforms, empowering end users to feel comfortable an confident in the use of data for decision making and driving CRM campaign activity
