The Company:

A leading UK retailer is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join their digital and data transformation journey. With significant investment in the data and analytics team, this role will be pivotal in establishing the foundation for clean and reliable datasets.

This newly created position offers the opportunity to be a key player in the expanding customer data team.

As Data Quality Analyst you will:

• Supporting the definition and execution of our migration strategy for the Customer Team to new cloud-based analytics platform.
• You will be responsible for working on an overhaul of the current database – creating a ‘single version of truth’ datasets by combining multiple data sources
• Work on the identification and improvement of customer data, mitigating data quality issues at all stages of the data lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Very strong SQL experience
• You’ve had some experience using cloud based analytical platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Google BigQuery and the like
• Experienced working with large datasets
• Ideally experienced working with customer data – coming from a retail background
