The Digital Analytics Manager will set the strategic direction for the Analytics function using data available to provide insight to improve decision-making. This will suit a Senior Analyst who is looking for a step up and more ownership.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of digital analysts which will embed insights in decision making to optimise customer experience
- Set strategic direction for Digital Analytics tools and vendors – GA, GTM, Content square
- Partner with BI, Tech, UX, Marketing & Commercial on website optimisation
- Lead reporting capabilities in Data Studio with a 360 view of the customer
Skills
- 4+ years in an analytics role ideally in an eCommerce business
- Experience conducting analysis and creating insights
- Advanced user of Google Analytics and Data Studio
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Adwords is beneficial
