Digital Data Analyst

My client is a data-driven marketing agency, on the hunt for a Digital Analyst with strong hands on Adobe Analytics (Omniture) Experience.

The Role

As a pivotal member of the Data Driven Marketing team, you’ll help optimise customer experience through the capture of new data and measurement of digital journeys, an unprecedented investment has been made to the data & analytics team, so this is their pure focus.

• Work on digital analytics projects relating to implementation and reporting, providing support to colleagues and reliable delivery to stakeholders.
• Deliver solutions to sometimes complex issues, ensuring focus is on insight consumption and exploitation – you will often work right through from the ideas stage to seeing it become a reality
• Work collaboratively within the wider Digital Analytics team across the network to deliver global solutions with shared approaches, governance and technology and the economies of scale that brings
• Work to provide insights and ideas using a collaboration of tools at your disposal, to ensure delivery of detailed insights into the customer journey across the different customer touchpoints

Your skills:

• You must have strong digital data and analytical skills which demonstrate an understanding of both how data is created and exploited within a business
• Candidate must have a strong attention to detail and take an independent approach to their work so they can quality check their own work to ensure that data anomalies/mistakes are caught prior to delivery of the analysis to the client
• Proven experience in Adobe Analytics is essential, experience using their suite of tools, DTM, Data Workbench, Audience Manager and Target is advantageous
