The optimisation Manager is responsible for channel optimisation analysing and reporting across Customer, Brand & Market teams. Specifically to enhance the customer journey across all channels.

Responsibilities

Deep dive analysis to provide regular insights on customer journey to improve the conversion rate of customers across retail and digital channels
Develop targeting, testing and personalization programmes
Assist with customer segmentation and profiling across multiple channels and platforms
Working with product owners for tagging requirements, measurement and reporting

Experience

Web Analytics experience – GA 360 &/or Adobe
Experience using MVT/ AB testing
Experience driving change for eCommerce and marketing improvements
