The optimisation Manager is responsible for channel optimisation analysing and reporting across Customer, Brand & Market teams. Specifically to enhance the customer journey across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Deep dive analysis to provide regular insights on customer journey to improve the conversion rate of customers across retail and digital channels
- Develop targeting, testing and personalization programmes
- Assist with customer segmentation and profiling across multiple channels and platforms
- Working with product owners for tagging requirements, measurement and reporting
Experience
- Web Analytics experience – GA 360 &/or Adobe
- Experience using MVT/ AB testing
- Experience driving change for eCommerce and marketing improvements
