Optimisation Manager

Salt has teamed up with a Global Leading Software client as they seek to expand their Web Experience team by sourcing a talented and driven Optimisation Manager to support in the delivery of their optimisation testing strategy, creating exceptional digital experience and help transform how they interact with their customer base across their European market.

Working across geo-specific customisation optimisation tasks, customer researches, funnel optimisation, retention programs to drive incremental revenue, you will coordinate alongside with product managers on their global testing roadmap and ensure support on various local requirements.

Key Role Requirements:

• Maintain overall EMEA Roadmap
• Drive the weekly targeted experiences priorities and communicate weekly updates on newly launched tests
• Work closely with the Product team to build clear roadmaps/project plans and clarify requirements
• Communicate effectively to EMEA leadership quarterly statistics on team performance and delivery
• Identify inconsistencies and implement process improvements to drive tools management, enhancements and governance.
• Continually evaluate existing processes and procedures and drive improvements
• Coordinate and run operational, project, and check-in meetings to monitor quarterly rollout in EMEA.
• Work to improve workflows, tool features and optimise data collection, establish governance and drive standardisation
• Engage as needed with Product Managers and Testing team in preparation for backlog grooming and sprint planning

Key Skills Needed:

• Min 5 years of program/project management experience
• Hold prior experience managing A/B testing and web optimisation projects on large enterprise websites
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
• Hands on experience with JIRA, Workfront, Sharepoint or similar
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills necessary
