Senior Business Analyst – Contract

Salt is working with a global leader in the beverage industry, seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Global Source to Pay and Procurement team to help drive digital transformation in procurement. This is a multi-faceted role involving process redesign, stakeholder engagement, and technology implementation.

• Day rate circa £540 per day, inside IR35
• Immediate start, 6-month contract
• Hybrid working in London

You will:

— Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, and analyse, prioritize, and translate business requirements into technical documentation

— Design end-to-end procurement processes and develop testing scripts

— Lead user acceptance testing and support change management initiatives, working across multiple initiatives with a strong focus on global procurement process

— Apply standard business analysis techniques and methodologies in both waterfall and agile environments

You will need:

— Extensive experience in procurement and source to pay domains, with expertise in source to pay, sourcing and supplier management, contract management, and third party risk management

— Strong skills in business analysis, process documentation, and process design, and ideally prior experience in the consumer packaged good industry

— Experience with procurement technologies such as Coupa, OneTrust, Icertis, SAP, and Salesforce Service Cloud

— Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
