You will join a rapidly expanding team in a start-up already approaching 150 staff who are using machine learning and business intelligence for its fleet of vehicles to deliver more efficient delivery and logistics services. Scope of work:
You will lead the Business Intelligence team and be given an incredible amount of autonomy to drive decisions reporting directly to C-Suite. As you will join a high profile start-up it is important you know what it takes for a start-up to succeed so previous experience in one is highly advantageous. You will be technical and expected to be hands-on working with highly complex data sets reporting analytical insights back into the business. You will manage an array of senior level stakeholder relationships and be directly responsible for the strategic direction of business intelligence and data strategy across the entire business.

Environment:
International team based in a fantastic central city location in sunny Madrid with an English speaking team. The management structure is flat and the culture is laid-back with a flexible modern working environment, team members are managed according to outcomes as opposed to how many hours they spend in the office. Lots of collaboration and regular remote working opportunities. You will be required to live in Madrid, relocations welcome.
