We at Salt are excited to present this opportunity for a Digital Marketing Programmatic Activation Specialist to join the Digital Marketing team of a leading global technology company in Culver City, Los Angeles. What You’ll Do:
- Lead the tactical planning, launch, and optimization of programmatic media campaigns across DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, and Adwords.
- Drive campaign performance through in-depth data analysis, optimization levers, and testing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists, media agencies, product, and data teams to deliver full-cycle campaign execution.
- Provide insights, performance reports, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Contribute to defining success metrics and storytelling through data-driven marketing.
Who You Are:
- A digital media professional with 4+ years of experience in media agencies or DSP platforms, and at least 3 years in media buying.
- Highly skilled in DSP platforms (The Trade Desk, DV360, Adwords) with expertise in display and video buying.
- Experienced with SSPs, ad exchanges, and private marketplace setups.
- Strong understanding of optimization techniques, testing methodologies, and third-party brand safety tools (IAS, MOAT, DV).
- Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and Keynote, with advanced data analysis and visualization skills.
- A clear and persuasive communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
- Passionate about digital media, with a curiosity to explore new trends and platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in managing programmatic activations at scale.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into measurable outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- A background in subscription-based businesses is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; DoubleClick certification preferred.
