Product Manager | B2C eCommerce & Mobile App

You’ll be joining a well-established, high-growth digital business that operates at real scale in the consumer space. This is a company that truly understands product – where decisions are driven by data, customer insight, and a genuine focus on building meaningful user experiences.

The environment is fast-paced but supportive, with strong leadership, a collaborative product culture, and clear investment in both people and technology. You’ll work alongside talented engineers, designers, and commercial teams who are all aligned on one thing: delivering products that customers actually love using.

If you’re looking for a role where you can own a product end-to-end, influence real outcomes, and work on something used daily by thousands (if not millions) of users, this is it.

The role

This is a hands-on Product Manager role focused on a consumer-facing mobile app within a B2C eCommerce environment.

You’ll take ownership of key product areas, driving the roadmap and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and business, requiring someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and getting into the detail.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for key mobile app features
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions
  • Optimise the end-to-end customer journey, focusing on conversion, engagement, and retention
  • Use data and insights to inform product decisions and prioritisation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align on product strategy
  • Continuously test, iterate, and improve the product experience

What we’re looking for

Non-negotiable:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2C eCommerce environment
  • Strong experience working on a mobile app product
  • Exposure to consumer-facing digital products with a focus on customer experience

We’d also love to see:

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of product metrics (conversion, engagement, retention)
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical concepts
  • A hands-on, delivery-focused mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Why you’ll enjoy it here

  • Work on a product used at scale
  • Be part of a high-performing, collaborative team
  • Real ownership and ability to influence product direction
  • A business that values product thinking and innovation
  • Strong growth opportunities as the company continues to expand

If you’re a Product Manager who thrives in a consumer, app-driven environment and wants to build products that people genuinely engage with daily – this is a great opportunity to step into something impactful.
