The role:
As Product Manager, you’ll own a key part of the digital member journey. You’ll work within a cross-functional squad to uncover insights, validate problems, shape solutions, and ship meaningful digital experiences that help members stay motivated and connected. From roadmap ownership to discovery, delivery, and measurable outcomes, this is a hands-on role for someone who is creative, data-driven, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

You’ll be doing things like:

• Defining and driving the strategy and roadmap for your product stream

• Leading discovery with Design & Engineering to validate problems and craft usable, valuable solutions

• Turning insights into clear, actionable product requirements

• Prioritising work to deliver maximum value at pace

• Tracking impact through metrics, OKRs, and member behaviour

• Collaborating across teams to keep alignment tight and delivery smooth

• Helping elevate product practice within the wider product community

What you bring:

• Experience managing a consumer-facing digital product end-to-end

• Confidence across discovery and delivery

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Comfort working in cross-functional Agile squads

• Curiosity, empathy, and a growth mindset

• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and champion member experience
