We’re working with a growing, digital-first organisation looking for a Digital Product Manager – Digital Enablement to own and evolve key digital capabilities that underpin the end-to-end customer experience.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll sit at the intersection of customer experience, technology, and commercial outcomes-shaping how users engage with and move through a core digital journey.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll take ownership of critical digital experiences and continuously improve how they perform:
- Own and evolve the product roadmap and backlog, aligned to business goals and customer needs
- Improve key stages of the user journey including onboarding, verification, transactions, activation, and ongoing account management
- Identify and deliver opportunities to increase conversion, reduce friction, and streamline processes
- Use data to track and optimise performance metrics such as:
- Conversion rates
- Completion times
- Drop-off points
- Risk and exception rates
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
- Validate ideas through experimentation (e.g. A/B testing, usability testing) and iterate quickly
- Balance user experience with operational, cost, and risk considerations
What we’re looking for
You’re a commercially-minded Product Manager who understands how digital experiences drive growth:
- Experience in product management within digital-first or platform-based environments
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion, and user experience principles
- Comfortable using data to inform decisions and prioritisation
- Experience working in complex or regulated environments is beneficial
- Confident collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
- Technically literate-you can work effectively with engineers and understand system capabilities
- Familiarity with agile delivery environments and product development practices
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and how they can enhance digital experiences
