eCom Operations Executive

Overview

You own the daily execution of the site. This is a high-speed, high-precision role – where details matter and delays cost money. You ensure the site runs clean, orders flow smoothly, and nothing slips through the cracks.

What You’ll Do

● Own end-to-end site operations – inventory sync, transfers monitoring

● Monitor orders across the lifecycle – fulfillment, cancellations, returns, refunds

● Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and customer service to resolve issues fast

● Track and improve operational KPIs (order accuracy, SLA adherence, fulfillment speed)

● Identify issues early and fix them before escalation

● Maintain backend systems (Shopify) with discipline and accuracy

● Support the onboarding of new brands

Requirements

● 2-5 years in e-commerce operations or digital retail

● Strong attention to detail – you catch what others miss

● Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar platforms

● Familiarity with inventory systems (transfers, stock movements)

● Ability to manage volume, complexity, and tight time
