My client is looking for an ERP Lead Architect to join a high-impact programme, leading the design and delivery of enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion solutions.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll drive architecture across Finance, SCM, and HCM, ensuring scalable, integrated solutions that support complex business transformation initiatives.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion architecture and solution design
  • Provide functional expertise across Finance, Supply Chain (SCM), and HCM
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
  • Oversee integrations, data flows, and overall system landscape
  • Guide delivery teams and ensure best practices across implementations

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Solution/ERP Architect
  • Strong functional knowledge across Finance, SCM, and HCM modules
  • Experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to lead technical and functional teams in complex environments
