Event & Animation Staff

Job Overview

Our client, a leading family entertainment operator in the UAE, is looking for enthusiastic and responsible Event & Animation Staff to join their growing team. The role is focused on creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children through structured activities, event hosting, and interactive entertainment experiences within soft play facilities.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, personable, and passionate about working with children, with the ability to deliver memorable experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate engaging activities including games, dancing, storytelling, arts & crafts, and group entertainment
• Host and manage birthday parties, themed events, and special occasions from setup to execution
• Engage children of various age groups in a fun, inclusive, and interactive manner
• Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and supervision of all children at all times within the facility
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle activity zones and event spaces as required
• Assist with event execution including decorations, music, props, and entertainment support
• Monitor play areas and equipment, reporting any safety or maintenance concerns immediately
• Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and guardians
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth daily activities and event delivery
• Support the team in maintaining a positive, energetic, and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

• Friendly, energetic, and genuinely passionate about working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently manage and engage groups of children in a safe environment
• Responsible, patient, and proactive approach to work
• Flexible to work shifts including weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
• Previous experience in childcare, events, entertainment, hospitality, or customer service is highly desirable
• Basic first aid knowledge or certification is an advantage
