Our client is Aotearoa New Zealand’s leading membership network for professionals working in and for local government supporting its members to be the very best they can be.
Day to day you will work closely with the Events Manager across all event functions.- providing coordination and administration support to ensure all events (face to face and online) are delivered seamlessly. There will be some travel involved.

Tasks:
· Events coordination, administration and delivery
· Programme planning and support
· Database administration
Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
· Minimum of 2 years previous administration experience
· Ideally have experience support events
· Understanding of database management systems
· Proven operational skills ie. good time management, high quality delivery
· Strong communication & relationship building skills
· Knowledge of or willingness to embrace te reo, tikanga and Kaupapa Māori
· Tech savvy across MS office and quick to pick up new systems & processes
