Field Marketing Specialist / Associate Campaign Marketing Manager – ANZ
Sydney | Enterprise SaaS | 15-Month Contract

Our Client is a global, market-leading cloud SaaS technology organisation helping enterprise businesses transform customer experiences, streamline operations and accelerate digital innovation. With a strong presence across ANZ and APAC, this highly regarded business is known for its collaborative culture, innovative technology and continued investment in regional growth.
As the organisation continues to expand, an opportunity has arisen for a Field Marketing Specialist to support strategic marketing initiatives across the ANZ region, partnering closely with sales and regional stakeholders to support the execution of integrated marketing programs designed to generate pipeline, engage customers and accelerate growth across ANZ.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, webinars, events, partner marketing and ABM initiatives to support pipeline generation and business growth
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align campaigns with territory priorities and commercial objectives
- Coordinate customer events, field activations and marketing programs across ANZ
- Support account-based marketing initiatives through audience targeting, campaign execution and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget
- Monitor campaign performance, reporting on results and identifying opportunities for optimisation
- Support the localisation and execution of regional and global marketing programs for the ANZ market
- Contribute new ideas and best practice to continuously improve campaign performance and customer engagement
Skills & Experience Required
You are an organised and proactive B2B marketer who enjoys bringing campaigns to life and working collaboratively across multiple stakeholders. You are commercially minded, execution-focused and passionate about delivering strong marketing outcomes.
You will bring:
- 2-4 years’ experience in Field Marketing, Campaign Marketing or B2B Marketing, ideally within SaaS, cloud or enterprise technology environments
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events and demand generation activities
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner effectively across Sales, Marketing and external vendors
- Excellent organisation and project management capability, with experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- A data-driven mindset with exposure to campaign reporting, optimisation and performance tracking
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation or reporting platforms is highly regarded
- Exposure to ABM, partner marketing or enterprise technology environments is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
