About the Organisation:

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced outbound call centre representative to reach out to existing donors and request upgrades on their regular giving. You may also be tasked with other types of calls but primarily will be asking donors to increase their regular giving amount.

• Starting ASAP to December 19^th with possibility to extend
• Hours: 20 hours per week, Tuesday to Thursday
• Location: North Shore
• Pay: $28 per hour + 8% holiday pay

About you:

You’re a confident communicator with a warm, empathetic approach and a knack for motivating others. You know how to build rapport quickly, thrive by having meaningful conversations and know how to handle objections with professionalism and care.

• Proven contact centre experience within outbound sales or fundraising, bonus if you have done upgrade calls!
• Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts and protocols
• A polite, respectful, and compassionate manner
