Now we’re looking for a Growth Director to help us scale the good stuff.
What you’ll actually be doing
· Winning large, multi-year deals with seriously impressive brands
· Building long-term loyalty and “always-on” engagement partnerships
· Sitting at the table with C-suite and senior marketing leaders
· Spotting growth opportunities using data, insight and market trends
· Leading confident, commercial client conversations (no fluff)
· Shaping and pitching smart, compelling solutions
· Owning your pipeline, forecasts and targets like a grown-up
