Job Title: Human Capital Business Partnership Manager (HCMBP)

Job Summary:
The Human Capital Business Partnership Manager (HCMBP) is responsible for partnering with business leaders to understand their business objectives and corresponding HC requirements, and aligning HC strategies and deliverables with the defined business objectives. This includes, identifying and addressing gaps between HC and business objectives, providing HC support and advisory activities, managing HC projects and initiatives, implementing HC programs and policies, developing and managing talent requirements, and liaising with business line managers/ leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into effective HC practices and deliver people solutions aligned to business objectives
- Deliver key HC initiatives across the organization, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management
- Lead the implementation of change management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide HC guidance and prompt support to managers and employees on HC matters
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of compliance requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, ensuring regulatory compliance through partnering with the Legal and Compliance teams, as required
- Develop effective solutions as per the directions and implement HC programs & initiatives efficiently and effectively
- Analyze HC data and metrics to identify trends and propose recommendations for improvement
Qualifications and Experience:
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources, including 3 years of HR Business Partnership in a medium-sized or larger organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Strong understanding of HC principles and practices
- Experience in building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to partner with business-line managers to develop and implement HC initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Native Arabic
