IOS Developer

Salt is currently hiring an iOS developer for a client of ours in Amsterdam.

Role requires once to twice a week on site in Amsterdam, and is paying around 95 euros an hour. You would require KVK/ZZP. It is a 6 month contract with an option to extend.

A IOS Developer executes technical solutions aligned with business requirements, delivering high-quality, well-tested code. They estimate effort and impact, value test automation as much as production code, and continuously refactor to support sustainable development. They collaborate across roles to design, prioritise, and implement work across product features, infrastructure, tooling, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement technical and UI components across products and systems
• Estimate and prioritise work based on effort and customer impact
• Collaborate with app, backend, product, and quality teams to improve user experience
• Maintain production quality by monitoring crashes, resolving incidents, and fixing complex bugs
• Contribute to release, build, and deployment processes

Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years of iOS development using the iOS SDK
• Strong experience with Swift and SwiftUI
• Solid understanding of Xcode and backend integration
• Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies
• High attention to detail
• Team-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated
