Job Overview
A growing organisation within the telecoms and networking space is seeking an experienced ISP Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships and driving recurring revenue through solution-based sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with ISP, WISP, and enterprise clients
- Drive revenue through solution-based sales
- Engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Structure and negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts and increase revenue
- Coordinate with internal teams on deployments and solutions
- Support product rollouts and network expansion initiatives
- Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in ISP, telecoms, or networking sales/account management
- Direct experience working with ISP or connectivity clients
- Strong understanding of telecom and networking environments
- Proven ability to sell solutions rather than products
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing long-term accounts
- Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
