Legal Advisor

We are seeking a commercially astute Legal Advisor to join a dynamic and complex business. This role will be responsible for ensuring strong legal risk management, compliance, and providing practical legal support across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of agreements including leases, service and commercial contracts
* Ensure legal compliance and effective risk management across the business
* Manage dispute resolution processes and liaise with external legal counsel
* Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders
* Conduct legal research and interpret legislation impacting the business
* Build strong relationships across business units and external partners

Requirements
* LLB Degree
* Admitted Attorney
* Minimum 5 years relevant corporate experience
* Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
