Legal Operations Analyst

Salt is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst responsible for managing operational and legal support activities involving law enforcement partners, internal cross-functional stakeholders, and internet safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with law enforcement or related agencies, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This is a one-year contract role based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Support the APAC Law Enforcement in managing escalations from law enforcement agencies related to:

§ Content reports

§ Data disclosure issues

§ Hacked accounts

§ Verification of police accounts

• Manage and respond to inquiries from law enforcement regarding platform and operational matters.
• Program manage internal follow-up actions arising from enhanced engagements with law enforcement partners.
• Support the implementation and management of internet safety and security programs with external law enforcement agencies.
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to resolve issues escalated by law enforcement partners.
• Drive operational workflow improvements and support process optimization initiatives.
• Maintain accurate tracking, prioritization, and assignment of incoming communications and cases.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external law enforcement contacts.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external partners on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with law enforcement, investigations, compliance, trust & safety, or related operational environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill insights and recommendations from data.
• Experience working in metrics-driven environments and supporting operational or technology improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within technology, internet safety, trust & safety, legal operations, or platform integrity environments.
• Familiarity with stakeholder management across regional or global teams.
• Experience managing escalations or sensitive operational issues.
