Marketing Specialist; Performance Media

Salt is hiring a Marketing Specialist; Performance Media, to lead the planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of large-scale media and marketing programs across selected product areas.

You will serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, product marketing teams, global media teams, and external media agencies. The role combines performance media strategy, campaign management, data-driven insights, agency leadership, stakeholder management, and marketing innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead integrated brand and performance media strategies across paid, social, search, and digital channels.
• Manage large-scale campaigns from planning and execution through optimization and ROI measurement.
• Use first- and third-party data to generate audience insights and improve campaign performance.
• Lead and manage media agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Drive campaign reporting, performance analysis, MQL, pipeline, revenue, and ROI measurement.
• Develop strategic POVs and identify opportunities for media innovation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, creative, content, and communications teams.
• Manage multiple projects, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and campaign QA.

Key Requirements:

• Experience managing large-scale media/performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of paid media, digital marketing, social media, and media buying.
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing insights.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced global environments.
