Account Director – Creative and Digital Agency
Brussels – 50/50 office to WFH
€5000PM + bens.
Must have Dutch speaking skills.
Salt have partnered with an award-winning agency that has offices all over the globe. They specialise in 360 creative and digital campaigns for some of the biggest names in the FMCG sector, including confectionary, which this AD will be focusing on.
You’ll be leading the account for two major brands in the chocolate industry! You’ll be working across multiple digital channels including social.
The Role:
· Fully responsible for all account activities including strategy, client communication, budgets, and output.
· Builds strong and lasting relationships with clients and works to have a deep understanding of the business needs, and goals that will shape the future of the account.
· Ensures best in class creative work is delivered and new sources of revenue explored.
· Suggest and advise on better ways of working and new areas to explore that will bring value to the account.
· Direct contact with the creative department and is intimately involved with all content being created, across multiple mediums.
· Able to confidently present to the client, both success and pain points.
· Collaborate with other offices in other cities and countries.
· Build respect, loyalty, and commitment with your clients, colleagues, and third parties.
· Excellent attention to detail and budgets.
The Person:
· 8+ years experience in agency managing multiple integrated accounts in digital and social.
· Dutch, and English speaking skills. French would be a plus.
· Proven ability to grow a client account and upsell where possible.
· Amazing project management expertise
· A team player and excellent communication skills.
