Salt have partnered with a professional development learning platform that caters to employees working in schools, colleges and nurseries. My client is highly regarded within the teaching industry and a go to resource for anyone wanting to up-skill and develop their knowledge with the latest guidance and policies in the industry.

The Role:

· Produce engaging and enticing content for online courses and webinars.

· Ensure high quality content that is easy to digest and aligns with brand and vision.

· Project manage content creation from start to finish.

· Work closely with subject matter experts, program managers and production team to gather course information.

· Use AI to streamline processes and boost productivity.

· Manage and mentor content execs

· Keep on top of quality control of work. Make sure all content has been proofread and enhanced for going live.

The Person:

· Solid understanding of the UK education system

· Experience creating content for learning platforms

· Excellent project management skills.

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines.
