The client are seeking an Ecommerce Content Executive who will help them deliver a great customer experience on their website and manage all content updates. This is an ASAP starting, 3 month contract which will required full time in the office.
Responsibilities:
- You will drive the planning of content landing pages and additional content assets for all touch points on the site
- Manage process and execution of website content updates, ensuring all touchpoints are aligned with key campaign, promotions and seasonal trading activities
- Daily/weekly site walks to ensure product detail information accuracy, including copywriting, image selection, and sizing guides
- Coordinate and update the onsite blog
- Be the main point of contact with the Creative/Brand Team, building and maintaining strong working relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Brief in content requirements to the creative team, utilising sales and conversion data to inform product sales focus across the site
- Maintain customer service pages to ensure the brand tone of voice is represented throughout while providing our customers with accurate and informative content
- Report on weekly/daily basis on the performance of live content pages, suggest ideas to improve performance and engagement
- Build strong relationship with Content Square to maximise the best customer journey on site
- Work together with their digital marketing agency ensuring SEO copy/links on site are up to date
Skills & experience required include:
- Experience using an ecommerce platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred)
- Content Square user
- Basic HTML coding is a must
- A team player with great interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with good time management
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Positive can do attitude
