My client, a UK based fast-growing startup in the Edtech world, are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join their small but ambitious marketing team.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of their educational website’s publishing schedule by coordinating activities across different teams, from content creators to marketing professionals.
You must be proactive and highly organised, as well as experienced in coordinating projects or tasks. Experience in publishing is a huge bonus!
Responsibilities
· Coordinate the efficient and timely publication of content on educational website
· Liaise with content creators and editors to establish an annual, monthly, and weekly publishing schedule
· Plan in detail with the Heads of each publishing team to ensure that all resources are planned, written, checked, and uploaded in line with established deadlines
· Coordinate with the video production team to ensure that scripts and assets are prepared and reviewed ahead of filming days
· Assist the heads of each publishing team in liaising with external fact and sensitivity checkers, as required
· Facilitate communication between the marketing and content creation departments to ensure alignment in their activities
· Utilise and champion straightforward project management software to track and manage tasks effectively
· Ad hoc administrative support including organising team get-togethers
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field
· Experience in coordinating tasks or projects, preferably in a publishing environment
· Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Proficient in straightforward project management tools or ability to get up to speed quickly with new software
