Digital Content Producer

Salt are working with a fast-growing rewards club company that are looking for a Digital Content Producer to lead, create and commission content across ALL channels.

You will support the senior members of the team with the Content Strategy by managing the end-to-end Social & Content creative process, reviewing and reporting.

This role is ideal for someone with a Content Creator, Content Editor, or Content producer background who has extensive experience working across ALL channels and is looking for an exciting new challenge within a company that really values and nurtures their staff.

Role :

• Help manage a Social & Digital Content calendar and help manage Social channels for engagement comms.
• Support on content creation including editorial, social media tone of voice posts, SEO driving content and campaign content. This may also include UX content, asset generation and marketing copy requests – anything to improve our brand platform.
• Developing campaigns which grow our audience and increase conversion and app downloads
• Supporting integrated marketing campaigns and being the point person between marketing, partnerships and content.
• Supporting the Senior Content Manager to curate Digital & Social Campaigns by coming up with new & fun ideas for things like competitions & Social-led activations.

Ideal candidate :

• Must have well-rounded, hands-on multi-channel management experience ( Social, Web, Email etc)
• Someone who is keen to get stuck in and do the doing, not someone who is ready to step back from the hands on day to day side of the work.
• Experience working within a big brand or a fast-paced agency.
• Creative mindset
• A self-starter and Social/Digital whizz.
• Experience with content creation/ production via IPhone + knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Iphone editing apps.
• Confident to collaborate with all levels across the business and know how to present, influence, and sell in your ideas.
