Global Brand Lead – £100-120K plus Bonus & Bens (Hybrid 4 days in London)

My client is an award winning fintech business offering a variety of products and services with offices in over 15 countries. Ultimately, they run trading platforms, and are passionate about growth, innovation and technology.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing the brand strategy from scratch. In addition to this, you will also play a key role in defining the company’s vision and mission statements.
This role will be about storytelling and brand identity that resonates with the target audience in across the globe.
- Work with the leadership team to develop and refine the company’s vision and mission statements
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that is aligned with the company’s vision and mission
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities and threats that may impact the brand strategy
- Define brand attributes, messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity that will resonate with our target audience
- Develop a plan for executing the brand strategy across various channels, including social media, website, events, and other marketing initiatives
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of our brand strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our brand strategy based on feedback and data insights
- Manage the company’s brand reputation by monitoring online reviews, social media comments, and other feedback channels
- Develop and implement strategies to address negative feedback and improve overall brand sentiment
- Collaborate with customer service and other teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints
- Develop and manage budgets for brand marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in a startup or small business environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
